Return Policy

1) Overview
We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
2) Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be:
in the same condition that you received it.
Unworn/unused, with tags attached.
In the original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3) Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return (unless defective):
Perishables, gift cards, downloadable/digital goods
Intimate or sanitary goods, personal care items
Customized or made-to-order items
Items marked as “final sale”
and Ticket Bundles if the Tour is not cancelled
If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, contact us before sending anything back.
4) How to start a return
Email us at shop@angusmcsix.net within 14 days of delivery and include:
Order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
Photos if the item is damaged/defective
Do not send items back before receiving our return instructions (and, where applicable, a return label or RMA number). Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.
Return address:
Depending on your location and item condition, we may provide a prepaid label or ask you to arrange and pay for return shipping. We’ll confirm this in our reply.
5) Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at shop@angusmcsix.net with photos so we can evaluate and make it right.
6) Exchanges
For a faster exchange, return the item following the process above and place a new order for the desired item. We’ll refund the original once it’s processed.
7) Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Processing times: please allow up to 10 business days for your bank/credit card to post the refund after we issue it.

8) Return shipping costs
Change of mind / wrong size: customer pays return shipping (unless otherwise stated).
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.
9) EU right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email a clear statement to shop@angusmcsix.net within 14 days. You may (but don’t have to) use the model form below. The withdrawal period is observed if you send your notice before it expires.
Effects of withdrawal: We will refund all payments received for the returned item(s), including standard delivery costs (if applicable), within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return shipment, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
